I will only seriously consider a commission request as a note. I will answer questions and respond appropriately to comments here, as well as adding them into the journal if I think they're enough of a deal to qualify an FAQ, but it will not promise you a place on that list.

For an example of my artwork, feel free to browse around my gallery! What you see is generally what you will be getting. I work best with digital mediums, and don't have the supplies or space to work properly with traditional media. I also don't have a great means to offer quality prints of the commission, but you will be provided with the full-size (my usual working size is about 3000 x 2600 pixels or so for a full page), 300dpi version of the original file in a rar.

Prices
All prices are a general estimate that sounded about right in my head based on work I have been paid for in the past, and can be easily adjusted based on details of the request and if price should go up or down. You'll have to Note me and ask questions and give details for me to give you a PROPER guess, or to finalize that, yeah, it'll only be what I list.

Character Busts
Assuming it's not on a background, or on a white background, or simple gradient background. Something generally like these, but from about the bottom of the chest and up, and the listed price is for a single-character assumption.
Linework+Flat Colors: 6$USD
Cel-shaded: 8$USD
Shading plus air-brushing: 10$USD

Character Pin-ups
These can either be in a simple cel-shaded, boxed gradient background, or with a simple environment. More a pin-up than an image, and again, base prices here assume you only have a single character.

Shading plus air-brushing: 30$USD

Full-page Pictures
Somewhat similar to the pin-ups, but assuming that the background desired was just as much a focus as the character, as was the case here and here. Maybe you only have one character in MIND for the image but want a crowd for a bar or concert scene, and don't care what they look like? Who knows.

Cel-shaded: 30$USD

How can I pay?
Paypal is the preferred method. I've been paid before via snail mail, but that's asking people to send out physical information that can be abused, and I'm not TOO crazy about giving out my address and real name. If neither one sounds good, you can always offer to buy me a subscription here on dA, or see what can be worked out!

What kind of art can I get?
I specialize in humanoid characters, in a comic-book style. I like to draw pin-ups of male or female characters, I can draw characters from a game/comic/cartoon if I can get proper reference, and while I am not the best there is at drawing a lot of detailed guns or scifi elements, I enjoy working on them here and there (I like the Cogs in Gears of War, and I am a fan of sniper rifles and revolver style handguns).

Can I request you draw an anthro/furry character?
Yes - and if you insist, I will do it. But I feel that since it's not something that I draw a lot that it would be an ill-fated decision when I know there are TONS of talented artists on dA that draw anthro characters, specialize in it, and would be better suited to such a request.

What can I expect from requesting a commission?
Generally, I will update you with a note for the sketch, and finalized linework to make sure you are happy with it. Then I will color it, shade it if need be, and send you a small watermarked preview so you can pay me. After I receive the full payment, I will link you to a download of the finished file sans watermark, and ask permission to post the work here on my dA.

Is there anything else you won't draw?
I'd rather not get requests to design anything that is meant for homework. I know that may seem odd as a first thing, but I have been approached to do someone's school work. C'mon, not even I was that bad a student!

I am not opposed to doing anything mature by dA's standards, but I'm not aiming to do anything pornographic.

Can you color some linework?
If it's yours, of course. I'd rather you not request me to color other people's. I'll require a good scan of the work, with everything adequately cleaned up. Show me what you want colored and I will tell you the price, if you're interested!

Are you sure you've done this before?
Twice or thrice.

What are some prices on existing deviations?
Well, for something like [link] , I would go for possibly close to 60$USD. It took me a bit of time. For [link] , I would actually go for 12$USD. It isn't as detailed as my usual cel-shading, and the character design is VERY simple - only reason that one took me a lot of time at all is because it was my first time with the character design and I was playing with color palettes. I assume you will have references, or will be able to tell me what colors your images will be.

How long is this gonna take...? I wanted it for Aunt Gertrude's Baby Shower!
Depending on the difficulty of the piece, I can take about 2-5 days to a week or so. If you need something done FAST, I will maybe do a 15% price increase, and request half up-front so I know I'm not spazzing to meet a deadline for nothin'. I may also do a price adjustment if I have to do more than one preview sketch or change a lot about the linework when I run it by, but only if they are REALLY major, or I have to do the sketch over from scratch, I guess.
